Seekers,
Spiritual Treasures at St. Peter’s Square
The Seekers ministry is doing very well.
We are very grateful for the many volunteers who have dedicated
their time to help start-up this ministry.
At the April standing committee meeting, Fr. Jeff appointed
Natalie Kerr to the standing committee.
Natalie has been very involved in helping to publicize Seekers
through outreach to newspapers and churches.
She also has been a dedicated organizer of the many events that
Seekers and St. Peter’s have co-sponsored.
In addition to all of that, Natalie makes all of the signs, and
she designed beautiful banners for the ministry’s debut at April’s
diocesan convention. The
convention table helped to raise additional awareness of this new
ministry. It is our hope
that churches will consider purchasing their bible study and religious
education resources from Seekers as well. As
the summer approaches, Seekers hopes to expand its hours.
To do so, we will need additional volunteers to help person the
store. Please consider
offering 3 hours of your time to help with the ministry.
Volunteers from different faith organizations are welcome as
well. Anyone interested in
